The infusion takes on a golden hue, and its flavor is mild, slightly sweet, and subtly fruity, with a subtle lychee-inspired accent. Discover the unique properties of white tea.

What is white tea?

White tea is the most delicate type of tea, made from the youngest buds and leaves of the Camellia sinensis shrub. It undergoes minimal processing—only drying—to preserve its natural flavor and rich antioxidant content.

Why is white tea called the “elixir of youth”?

It is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants that help neutralize free radicals, supporting the youthful appearance of the skin and the body's overall immunity.

How many times can you brew white tea?

High-quality white tea can be brewed 2-3 times – each infusion has a slightly different taste, often sweeter and milder.

Does white tea contain caffeine?

Yes, but in small amounts – less than green or black tea. Therefore, it can also be drunk in the afternoon or evening (though not right before bed).

Does white tea help with weight loss?

It can support the fat burning process and speed up metabolism thanks to the presence of polyphenols, but it does not replace a healthy diet and physical activity.
