We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so the shipping process is largely automated. Therefore, it may not be possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed .

However, if you notice an error in the address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible – we will try to help, provided the package has not yet been released for shipping.

We currently only ship internationally within Germany. However, we are working to expand our delivery options – if you would like to have our teas shipped to another country, please contact us. We will do our best to find a solution!

We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible – usually within 2 business days .

However, the statutory delivery time is up to 14 business days , counting from the moment the order is placed until the parcel is handed over to the courier company.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive confirmation from us along with the tracking number.

If you wish to order on behalf of a company, please provide your Tax Identification Number when placing your order.
