How to prepare red tea:
  • pour water at 95°C over the tea
  • ⏰ Brewing time should be 2 to 3 minutes.

Subsequent brewing times can be extended to 4 minutes.

Red tea should not be sweetened, as sugar negatively impacts the effectiveness of its active ingredients. If you don't like the natural flavor of red tea, you can add lemon juice to enhance it.
