Ingredients:a blend of Ceylon green tea (52.74%) and green tea from another region (35.16%), papaya (4%), wild strawberry (3%), cornflower (0.60%), marigold (0.50%) and wild strawberry flavour (4%).

International tea quality class designation: YH (Young Hyson) -Only the two youngest and most delicate leaves, located at the highest point of the shoot, are used for its production. They are harvested just before the rainy season, while they are still in bud.

How to prepare green tea:
  • pour water at a temperature of 70 - 80°C over the tea
  • ⏰ Brewing time should be 2 to 3 minutes

Brew tea the way you like it best:

  • up to 2 minutes - you will get a very refreshing and stimulating infusion
  • up to 3 minutes - the infusion will contain less caffeine and its effect will be more relaxing

Brewing for too long will make the infusion taste bitter, but it will not make it contain more caffeine or be more stimulating.

On the contrary, the tannins that are produced with each passing minute and give it a bitter taste neutralize the effect of theine.
