Brew black tea the way you like it best:
up to 3 minutes - you will get a very refreshing and stimulating infusion
up to 5 minutes - the infusion will contain less caffeine and its effect will be more relaxing

What is black tea and how is it different from green tea?
Black tea is made from fully oxidized leaves of the Camellia sinensis shrub. Unlike green tea (unoxidized), it has a darker infusion, a fuller flavor (notes of malt, chocolate, and spice), and a more pronounced aroma.
How much caffeine does black tea have?
On average, 40–70 mg of caffeine per 250 ml , depending on the variety, number of leaves, and brewing time. This is less than average coffee, but the stimulating effect is milder and longer-lasting.
