International designation of tea quality class:YH (Young Hyson) – only the two youngest and most delicate leaves, located at the highest point of the shoot, are used for its production. They are harvested just before the rainy season, while they are still in bud.

  • pour water at a temperature of 70 - 80°C over the tea
  • ⏰ Brewing time should be 2 to 3 minutes
