"Full Moon Day" Promotion Terms and Conditions

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This set of regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") defines the rules of the price promotion named "Full Moon Day" (hereinafter: "Promotion"), organized in the online store sklepzherbatami.pl.
  2. The organizer of the Promotion is Tea Brothers Sp. z o.o., entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000537222, NIP: 5311691397, operating the online store "Sklep z Herbatami" available at sklepzherbatami.pl.
  3. The Organizer bears full responsibility for the organization, conduct, and implementation of the Promotion.
  4. The Promotion is addressed to all customers of the online store sklepzherbatami.pl.

§2 DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

  1. The Promotion is organized periodically on selected dates related to the full moon.
  2. Each edition of the Promotion lasts a total of 4 consecutive calendar days, with one of these days falling on the day of the full moon.
  3. Information about the effective date of a given edition of the Promotion is published on the website sklepzherbatami.pl and in the Organizer's promotional materials.
  4. The Promotion begins on the first day of the promotion at 00:00:01 and ends on the last day of the promotion at 23:59:59.
  5. The moment of placing an order within its validity period determines eligibility for the Promotion.

§3 PROMOTION RULES

  1. The Promotion covers all products available for sale in the online store sklepzherbatami.pl during the Promotion period, with the exception of the "Basilur accessories" collection.
  2. During the Promotion, the prices of the products included in the offer are reduced by 20%.
  3. Promotional prices are visible directly on the store's website and on product lists throughout the Promotion period.
  4. The customer does not need to enter a discount code or perform additional actions to take advantage of the Promotion.
  5. The Promotion can be combined with the "Free Delivery from PLN 200" offer available in the store, in accordance with the rules specified for that service.

§4 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Regulations.
  2. Advertising and promotional materials concerning the Promotion are for informational purposes. Only these Regulations have binding legal force.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations during the Promotion, provided that the changes do not violate the acquired rights of the Promotion participants and are beneficial or neutral to them.
  4. The Regulations are available on the website sklepzherbatami.pl throughout the Promotion period.
